Avatar Access Control
Restrict which avatars team members can access:
- Go to Dashboard > Team > [Member]
- Under Avatar Access, choose:
- All Avatars – Access to everything
- Specific Avatars – Select which avatars they can see
This is useful for agencies managing multiple clients or companies with department-specific avatars.
Audit Log
Track who did what:
Dashboard > Team > Audit Log
| Timestamp | User | Action |
|---|---|---|
| Jan 5, 10:30am | sarah@team.com | Updated avatar "Support Bot" personality |
| Jan 5, 9:15am | mike@team.com | Created avatar "Sales Demo" |
| Jan 4, 4:45pm | sarah@team.com | Invited alex@team.com as Editor |
Audit logs are retained for 90 days (Pro) or 1 year (Enterprise).
API Access per Member
Each team member can create their own API keys with scoped permissions:
- Go to Dashboard > API Keys
- Create a new key
- Optionally restrict to specific avatars
- Share safely with your integration
Note: API keys inherit the creator's role permissions.
SSO Integration (Enterprise)
Enterprise plans support Single Sign-On:
- SAML 2.0 – Okta, OneLogin, Azure AD
- OAuth 2.0 – Google Workspace, custom providers
- SCIM – Automatic user provisioning
Contact sales@avatarium.ai for SSO setup.
Best Practices
- Use least privilege – Give users only the access they need
- Review access quarterly – Remove unused accounts
- Use avatar-level access – Don't give everyone access to all avatars
- Monitor audit logs – Watch for unexpected changes
