Avatar Access Control

Restrict which avatars team members can access:

  1. Go to Dashboard > Team > [Member]
  2. Under Avatar Access, choose:
    • All Avatars – Access to everything
    • Specific Avatars – Select which avatars they can see

This is useful for agencies managing multiple clients or companies with department-specific avatars.

Audit Log

Track who did what:

Dashboard > Team > Audit Log

TimestampUserAction
Jan 5, 10:30amsarah@team.comUpdated avatar "Support Bot" personality
Jan 5, 9:15ammike@team.comCreated avatar "Sales Demo"
Jan 4, 4:45pmsarah@team.comInvited alex@team.com as Editor

Audit logs are retained for 90 days (Pro) or 1 year (Enterprise).

API Access per Member

Each team member can create their own API keys with scoped permissions:

  1. Go to Dashboard > API Keys
  2. Create a new key
  3. Optionally restrict to specific avatars
  4. Share safely with your integration

Note: API keys inherit the creator's role permissions.

SSO Integration (Enterprise)

Enterprise plans support Single Sign-On:

  • SAML 2.0 – Okta, OneLogin, Azure AD
  • OAuth 2.0 – Google Workspace, custom providers
  • SCIM – Automatic user provisioning

Contact sales@avatarium.ai for SSO setup.

Best Practices

  1. Use least privilege – Give users only the access they need
  2. Review access quarterly – Remove unused accounts
  3. Use avatar-level access – Don't give everyone access to all avatars
  4. Monitor audit logs – Watch for unexpected changes
